Post-Polio Victoria President, Shirley Glance will be cutting the ribbon with the Mayor of Bayside, Fiona Stitfold.
Proceeds from this event will go to End Polio Now to help Rotary International’s work of eradicating Polio.

Polio Network Victoria – Polio Day 2024 – Keeping Your Feet Event
Join Polio Network Victoria (PNV) as they host this 2024 Polio Day event. An important event for polio survivors,
carers, family and medical and disability professionals, Polio Day 2024 will be held at Seaview Williamstown
with a focus on keeping upright – this is, preventing “falls”.
This year’s event will include presentations from:
- Polio Services Victoria, providing valuable information to help us all stay upwardly mobile
- Services Australia, providing key information regarding Aged Care and financial support
- Travellers Aid, providing insights into their support and services
- Bev Watson and Maxine Keystone, detailing their world travels and accessibility
- More speakers to be announced
- Join us and other polio survivors for this important day of information and friendly networking as well as discover Polio Support Groups.
Tickets include morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
